About Camp del Corazon

Camp del Corazon is a medically supervised, residential summer camp for children ages 7-17 who are living with heart disease. The camp provides a safe environment where children with heart disease can build self-esteem, make lifelong friends, and just be kids.

Founded in 1995, Camp del Corazon has grown from serving just 49 campers in its first year to now providing a life-changing experience for hundreds of children annually. The camp is provided completely free of charge to all campers and their families.

All activities are supervised by volunteer healthcare professionals, including cardiologists, nurses, and other medical staff who ensure the safety of every child while allowing them to participate in traditional camp activities like swimming, hiking, arts and crafts, and more.

Tom's Involvement

Tom Arnold has been a dedicated supporter of Camp del Corazon for many years. His involvement began when he was invited to visit the camp and witness firsthand the incredible impact it has on children with heart disease.

Moved by the courage and resilience of the campers, Tom became an advocate for the organization, helping to raise awareness and funds through various events and appearances. He has participated in the camp's annual gala fundraiser and has used his platform to share the camp's mission with a wider audience.
